Client Conduct Policy
Last updated: July 2025
We provide professional therapeutic massage. This page sets out what that means and what we expect from clients, so that expectations are clear before anyone books.
It exists to protect our therapists, and to reassure clients that the people entering their home work to a defined standard.
1. Therapeutic Services Only
We provide massage therapy exclusively. Nothing else is offered, implied, or available, at any price, under any circumstances.
Requests for anything beyond therapeutic massage will end the session immediately. The full session price remains payable, and the client is permanently refused service.
We state this plainly because vagueness helps nobody. Our therapists are healthcare-adjacent professionals, and clients booking a legitimate service deserve to know exactly what they’re booking.
2. Draping
Professional draping is maintained throughout every session, without exception.
You will be covered by a sheet or towel at all times. Only the area being worked on is uncovered, and it is re-covered before the therapist moves on. Underwear may be kept on if you prefer.
Draping is not negotiable and is not adjusted on request.
3. Therapist Authority
Our therapists may end a session at any point, without notice, if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable. They do not need to justify that decision to anyone, including us.
They may also decline to begin a session on arrival if the environment or circumstances give them concern.
Where a session is ended or declined for conduct reasons, the full price remains payable.
4. Conduct That Ends a Session Immediately
- Any request for services outside therapeutic massage
- Sexual comments, suggestions, or innuendo
- Inappropriate touching of a therapist
- Deliberate exposure or interference with draping
- Photographing or recording a therapist without written consent
- Aggressive, threatening, or intimidating behaviour
- Being significantly intoxicated on arrival
- Refusing to follow reasonable instructions during the session
Clients who behave this way are permanently refused service and their details are retained so they cannot rebook. Serious incidents are reported to the police.
5. Alcohol and Substances
Please don’t drink heavily before a session. Alcohol affects circulation and pain perception, which makes it harder for a therapist to judge safe pressure, and it increases the risk of dizziness afterwards.
Therapists may decline to treat anyone significantly intoxicated. The session price remains payable.
6. Who May Be Present
Only the people being treated should be in the room. If others are in the property, please let us know at booking.
Children must be supervised elsewhere in the property during the session.
7. Recording
Photography and recording of therapists is not permitted at any time, including via doorbell cameras or smart-home devices pointed at the treatment area. Please disable them or tell us where they are.
You’re welcome to photograph the setup before or after, without therapists in frame.
8. What You Can Expect From Us
This runs both ways. From every therapist we send:
- Punctual arrival within the agreed window, with a call if delayed
- Professional identification on request
- Fresh linens and clean equipment for every booking
- A clear explanation of the treatment before it begins
- Pressure adjusted whenever you ask, without awkwardness
- Areas skipped on request, no explanation needed
- The session paused or ended whenever you want
- Full confidentiality about your booking, your home, and your health information
If a therapist falls short of this, tell us. We take it seriously.
9. Your Right to Stop
You may pause or end any session at any point, for any reason, without explaining yourself. Tell the therapist and they will stop.
If you end a session because of something a therapist did, contact us immediately at our Whatsapp. We investigate every report.
10. Reporting
Concerns about a therapist’s conduct: Reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.
